All shifts are available, offering flexibility to fit a variety of schedules.
We proudly serve clients in Reno, Sparks, Spanish Springs, and Carson City, and also support clients in Fernley, Incline Village, and Gardnerville as staffing allows.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility at home and during outings such as appointments or walks
• Provide support with personal care and hygiene needs
• Assist with routine exercises as directed
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals with client participation when appropriate
• Run errands or accompany clients while shopping
• Perform light housekeeping tasks clients are unable to complete
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Monitor clients and report any unusual changes or incidents
• Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations

Caregiver Requirements

• A genuine passion for helping and serving others
• Knowledge of emergency response and first aid
• Basic understanding of housekeeping and meal preparation, including dietary considerations
• Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
• Compassionate, respectful, and patient demeanor
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High ethical standards, reliability, and professionalism
• Physical endurance for daily caregiving activities
• High school diploma or equivalent
